ANNUAL CLASSIC SHARE PLAN 2026

Dear Colleagues,

Our Lead & Grow 2030 strategic plan starts an exciting new chapter for Saint-Gobain, aimed at building an even more responsible and ambitious future. In a challenging global environment, our aim is to accelerate our profitable growth and continue to develop our leading position in sustainable construction in all regions of the world and on all our markets: residential, non-residential and infrastructure.

We know that our collective commitment is a strength. Today, we’re offering you the chance to go even further: to become a shareholder in Saint-Gobain.

By participating in employee shareholding, you directly reap the rewards of your Group’s performance, through dividends and the increase in the Saint-Gobain share’s value. You are also instrumental in defining and implementing our strategy: as a shareholder, you make your voice heard through the Board member who represents you on the Board of Directors and by exercising your voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.

The 39th Group Savings Plan, available in 52 countries, enables you to acquire Saint-Gobain shares on favourable terms thanks to a 20% discount on the reference price, by investing directly or via a Fonds Commun de Placement (FCPE or Company mutual fund).

In 2025, nearly 59,000 employees seized this opportunity. 112,000 current and former employees are now shareholders in the Group, the largest shareholders with over 9% of the capital, which is a major plus.

The subscription campaign will run from 23 March to 7th April 2026. You will find all the details in the documents provided.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for your commitment and your confidence in the Saint-Gobain Group.

Best regards,

Benoit Bazin
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Saint-Gobain Group
